Rapid Mixer Granulator – Table Top (SRMG – 5KG/10 Ltr – HMI)
SHAKTI Lab Scale High shear wet granulation process is extensively used in the pharmaceutical industry to transform fine heterogeneous powders into a homogenous blend of granules with a bigger size and density to improve flow and compatibility for tabletting operation. SRMG-10 combines a 3-blade impeller with a design able to ensure a very good movement of the granules even at low speed. The blade tips of the granulator are positioned tangentially to avoid any dead spots. The tulip design of the bowl allows perfect and uniform granulation. SHAKTI rapid mixer granulator can be designed to be installed in high containment granulation lines for both R & D labs and Pilot scale production.
