Lab press - II is a very ideal for small batch production, Research & Development.

This Rotary Tablet Press - available in 2 models Lab Press-2 ‘B’ & Lab Press- 2 ‘D’ is a complete solution for compression of wider range of formulations developed with totally new concept of in-built pre-compression.

The max / min speed of turret can be adjusted by AC variable drive. All the GMP directives are achieved by developing entire controls outside the machine like tablet thickness settings, weight adjustment & standard features such as upper punch entry, lower punch with scrapper seal, key ways in upper guide of turret, robust construction etc.

Additional care has been taken for the convenience of operation by providing dust extraction on the tablet discharge chute & on turret after compression, although the size of machine is ideally specific for the laboratory use.

The variable speed feeder allows you to achieve the desired small batch production on Lab Press-2 ‘B’ and Lab press ‘D’ tooling specifications (6 Tons & 8 Tons pressure), tablet diameter 15mm and 23mm respectively.

The tabletop model is built with a special provision for pre-compression of the granules with application of minor 2 Tons of pressure.
