Pelletier

Pelletier or spheronizer or marumerizer is designed to produce various sizes of pellets, spheres, from active pharmaceutical ingredients. The pellets or spheres are of regular shape and size and are quite dense compared to granules. Granules normally mean particles with irregular shape and large size in a batch. Granulated materials are generally less dense compared to pellets or spheres.

The pan angle in the Peletiser comes with infinitely variable setting allows the desired adjustment of angle. An adjustable scraper is provided for the purpose of cleaning of the sides and bottom. All parts that come in contact with the material to be processed are made of stainless steel.

Features of Pelletier

As soon as the pan is full the pellets will continuously roll over the edge of the pan.
Parts coming in to contact with the material to be processed are made of polished stainless steel.
The unit is equipped with a tilting and locking device, which is easy to operate.
For the cleaning of the sides as well as the bottom of the pan an adjustable scaper is provided.
This permits adjustment of the infinitely variable setting of the pan angle, over its whole range.
