Multi Mill - Manufacturer & Exporter

Multi mill is used for high speed granulation, mixing, chopping and milling of dry and wet material.

The combination of knife, beaters and cylindrical screen gives uniform size reduction of ingredients. The reversible switch could be used to change the direction of beaters from knife to impact forward and vice-versa to get quick and better output.

The material fed in the processing vessel rotated, shredded and milled through beaters consisting of knife and impact edges. The rotation speed and direction of beaters could be adjusted through control panel. The material then passes through the cylindrical screen in spiral motion which helps keeping the temperature low and avoids chocking of material during the process. The material is collected in the container placed under the processing vessel.

Although, multi is developed for the use in pharmaceutical industry research and development laboratory, the same could be used in chemical, cosmetics, food, plastic etc. industries for granulation, mixing, chopping and milling of dry and wet material.

Customization like flame proof electrical, construction of machine parts in SS 316 etc could be done on client’s request at extra cost.

Screens and sieves (wire mesh) of various sizes could be supplied as per the requirement at extra cost.
