Mini Vibro Sifter

Sifting is the preferred process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material. In sifting process the wired mesh, other filtration or distillation methods are applied. Sifting process is also utilized for classification of the granulated material by its particle size or for the size measurement for analytical purpose.

Vibro sifter consists of a screen / mesh placed on the base plate attached centrally to gyratory motor. The material fed through the inlet located on the top is dropped on the screen / mesh. The particles smaller than the mesh size passes from the screen and the larger sized particles are released through an outlet. The combination of vibratory motor and the weights placed on top and bottom of screen gives the desired filtration or separation of the material.

Mini Vibro sifter, due to its high capacity and compact size, is suitable for processing small batch of materials. This machine occupies less floor space and hence it is ideal for pharmacy colleges, pharmaceutical research and development laboratory.
