Mass mixer is designed to achieve the uniform mix of wet and dry tablet granulation materials. Shakti Pharmatech's mass mixer consists of a trough (half round vessel) with a specially designed mixing baldes attached with powerful motor drive. The trough (half round vessel) is covered with a transparent acrylic sheet for inspection during the mixing process of the material. The trough, mixing blade and other parts coming in contact with material are made of stainless steel. The capacity of trough is 5 kilo grams and operational capacity is 3 kilo grams.

The material in the trough is stirred at a constant speed with the mixing blades giving a uniform mix of dry as well as wet tablet granulation materials. The trough (vessel) could be emptied easily by tilting it.
