Lab Press LP- II PLC based is a High Tech Rotary Tablet Press in table-top design for R & D and small batch production. This Single sided R & D Tablet Press fully conforms to GMP and the safety requirements. All Electrical settings can be performed by Front panel with indicators at the front of the machine. The machine is equipped with pre pressing and main pressing systems. The compression force can be adjusted up to 6 tons. A rotary force feeder with adjustable speed as well as a pre-compression station using rollers (2 tons) are included as standard. The turret is driven by center shaft drive mechanism by a motor and Powerful Reduction gear box. The turret speed is adjusted by A.C. (inverter) frequency drive.The drive is provided by an inbuilt three-phase motor with A.C Frequency Drive (inverter). The cleaning easy to dismantle and operator safety are given to attention in the machine design.

An ideal mixer for creams, ointments, pastes, and liquids, but also for wetted powders in to water jacketed kettle. The sturdily constructed planetary gear can be equipped with various mixing and kneading attachments, made of stainless steel. Depending upon type of the material to be processed, a dough arm, and a mixing paddle. Any material, which sticks to the walls of the kettle, is scraped continuously by the Teflon scrapper, which is shaped to fit exactly the kettle wall. Basically it consists on main structure which is made from steel SS 304 tube and separate instrument panel box. All main drive related assemblies are covered in to main structure. Complete machine is mounting on Castor wheel.

  • Specially designed scraper is provided to prevent powder sticking on the rolls.
  • Design of the equipment is such that minimum lubrication is required in daily maintenance.
  • Main roll drive is designed with twin shaft gear box coupled with safety clutch to protect roll drive thereby perfectly synchronizing the rolls with a steady torque.
  • The side seal is forced against the roll side, so that the percentage of uncompacted powder that leak is kept extremely low.
  • To prevent a possible accident the compacting roll is designed to rotate backward when cleaning.

This Attachment fitted on special design stand. The power [Ribbon] mixer having horizontal half round bowl open on upper side with Vacuum tight top lid and specially designed mixing blade having two stages both right and left hand ribbon type mixing blades.
