This attachment fitted on special design stand. The power mixer having horizontal half round bowl open on upper side with acrylic cover and specially designed mixing blade having two stages both right and left hand ribbon type mixing blades.

The left and right hand spiral with upper and lower blade is rotated to circulate the material to be mixed. The half round bowl and spiral mixing blade made out of stainless steel having bowl capacity of 5 kg. And operational capacity of 3.5 kg.[approx]. Half round bowl can be empty by tilting with the help of tilting handle. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

The Tablets are placed in to the hopper vibrator of the machine. The special shaped channel aligns the tablets and passes them through the sensor for counting. An adjustable vibrator control is fitted to the machine, but no adjustment is required for tablets size. The count required is selected from 1 – 9999 on a digital counter. The tablet feed is continuous and a Selectable Timer stop mechanism allows changing tablet flow in to the alternate containers.

SHAKTI Oscillating Granulator plays an important part in the process of granulation in tablet making as quality of tablet is determined by the virtue of the granules used for its compression. Oscillating granulator can be used for wet and dry aspect of the granulation process Quality of granules are better compared to other processing machineries like multi mill, comminuting mill etc. All contact parts are in stainless steel Mounted on a base Adjustment, cleaning and operation are simple. Sturdy, durable, better productivity unique oscillatory rotor action ensures high outputs and a predictable product with minimum of fines.

Oscillation is done by a gear mechanism & horizontally fitted grinder blade moves in oscillating motion and material is pushed through the mesh to get the output of desired mesh size.

A simple and positive arrangement of holding and tensioning of the screen is provided. The arrangement is such that the screen remains stretched throughout the operation and very close and uniform gap is maintained constantly. Thus it produces better quality of granules and reduces excessive wear on both stirrer and the mesh.

Spheronization is widely used within the pharmaceutical and allied industries. Spheroids are small spherical beads or pellets. That is generated in a Spheronizer from extruded material. The diameter of the spheroids is largely determined by the diameter of the Extrudate. You can use spheroids when incompatible active ingredients need to be presented in a single dose or when you require an active ingredient to have different release rates within a single formulation. With spheroids you can have excellent flow and metering properties as well as packing uniformity. With spheronization you can reduce or eliminate dust hazards. Typical spheroid sizes are from 0.8mm to 3.0mm. The Spheronizer has an easy to use operating structure. The front panel has ‘Start’ button, a combined ‘Stop’ and ‘Emergency stop’ button along with indicators for ‘Power on’, ‘Motor on’ and a speed control device that allows changes in disc speed during the spheronization process if required.

The SHAKTI Bench top Roller extruder is a small table-top device that provides the researcher and new product developer a means to quickly evaluate the effectiveness of fine granulation by extrusion. It can also be used for initial formulation development. In case, time and money is saved because the product generated is indicative of that produced in a full-scale production system. The laboratory granulator conserves valuable resources. Only a small amount of research material, sometimes only 100 grams per batch, is needed to obtain a good evaluation.

Operation
Prepared material is manually feed into a charging hopper which also serves as the extrusion screen. The material is forced through the screen by rotating Rollers. Rollers speed can be adjusted. The fine granules produced collect in a polished stainless steel receiving pan.
The Bench top extruders sets up quickly, ready for immediate use. All material contact parts are made of stainless steel and disassemble easily for cleaning. The SHAKTI Bench top extruder includes four screens with 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm diameter holes. Other screens are available. The Bench top extruder allows the researcher to quickly evaluate formulation viability.

This mixer is designed to be used as a mixing for pastes ointments & creams. It can also be used for wet powders. This mixer is provided with a mixing paddle and Teflon scrapper, which is shaped in such manner so that there is minimum clearance with the mixing kettle. The kettle is also easily removable.

OPERATION
SHAKTI Ball mill is a Horizontal cylinder rotating mechanism. It has different size of balls, grinding Drum installed horizontally on the Main Drive Unit. When the Drum makes sufficient continuous movements and the balls in the drum grinds and mixes samples in high-speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry methods. Minimum granularity of grinded products can be as small as 1 micron.

Mini Ball Mill can be easily and quickly connected and disconnected to the main machine drive with the help of one quick locking and unlocking screw & it features a 0.25 HP, 230 V / 110 V, 50 Hz / 60Hz, Single Phase with ACVF DRIVE fitted. The Main motor Drive is equipped with a very efficient & maintenance free gearbox with maximum torque. The speed is variable and can be adjusted infinitely between 2 to 31 RPM working range by an electronic speed control.
This is done via an electronic speed controller and the corresponding rpm is displayed digitally. The machine also includes a Digital timer in order to set time-based operations.
