Communiting mill is used for the granulation, pulverization and dispersion of wet and dry products. The main application of this machine is pharmaceutical but not limited to; it is also used in chemical, food, cosmetics, fertilizers industry etc.

The communiting mill is equipped with beater / blades with sharp edge on one side while blunt edge on other side. The blunt or flat edge of blade is for finer particles whereas the coarse or large particles are processed by sharp edge on the other side of blade.

The speed could be varied for grinding the fine and coarse ingredients. The communiting mill consists of beater assembly, motor drive, pulley, screen etc. based on coaster based portable tabular platform.

The product placed in hooper is poured in the beater assembly for milling or pulverization. The production speed may vary based on the factors like material, speed, screen size etc.
